In accordance with the Good Faith Estimate Law, when requested by the patient we are required to provide you with an estimate of the total price in which you may be charged for nonemergency health care service. Estimates are not binding on the practitioner. The final price may vary from the estimate based on the patient’s medical needs. The estimate is only good for 30 days.
No Surprises Act of 2022
In accordance with the No Surprises Act of 2022, it is the responsibility of the patient to see participating providers within your insurance plan. Should your plan not be participating with Southside Dermatology, PLLC or a provider of Southside Dermatology and you receive medical services, you will be billed the Out of Network patient responsibility or non-participating balances as they pertain to services provided.
